Cardinal Heating & Cooling was founded by Chuck Kasper and Ed Lane in May of 2010. They have both worked extremely hard to build the foundation for our family owned business and have met many great people along the way. Our team has over 80 years of combined experience in the Chicago area heating and air conditioning industry. Owner

Ed Lane brings over 24 years professional experience to Cardinal. He served his apprenticeship & graduated from one of Chicago's top HVAC training schools.

Chuck Kasper
​Owner

Chuck Kasper brings 20 years of professional experience to Cardinal. Chuck served his apprenticeship and also received training in zoning & comfort controls.

Mark Havilk
Service Manager

Mark Havlik has over 20 years experience with installation and service in residential and commercial HVAC. He has a NATE certification and specializes in troubleshooting all types of HVAC equipment.

Kathy Tripiccio
Office Manager

Kathy plays a vital role in our daily operation. Whether it’s speaking with our customers, scheduling service calls, or handling our new construction paperwork, Kathy excels at it all! We receive so many compliments in regards to Kathy’s kind ways. Her strength is that she sincerely cares about people and will do whatever it takes to help our customers.

Kaleb has  11 years experience in the HV/AC field, a true asset to Cardinal Heating and Cooling. Having worked at Cardinal for 3 years, he pays good attention to detail, and his workmanship is very impressive. We are truly grateful to have Kaleb on our team.
